SARS easyfile new version not installing?

We've downloaded the new version of SARS easyfile and it just won't install. Shows a black (DOS console window) for a few seconds then the installer just exits without doing anything. Any ideas? Would phone SARS, but its Friday and I might be surprised at a new level of uselessness.

Oh also tried on one laptop to uninstall the previous easyfile version and then install - no luck. And on the other laptop we left the old version and tried doing the install over the old version - no luck... What's going on?

Are you using the very latest version of Adobe AIR?
