Claiming for a disabled child is tricky. I use a guy that specializes in disability claims and it makes a huge difference.

Submitted mine on Monday evening, around 7ish. Refreshed my SOA and my refund is due tomorrow.

Been though it before, they will just ask you for documents so be prepared to get that ready. It might take a few weeks to finalize everything.

Already gave documents. I am one of the lucky ones that get verified almost each year, past 10 years only 3 times not. So basically each year I have all the documents sorted and ready for upload before I even click submit.

Don't expect any movement until the full 21 working days has expired. Been down this road a few times.

Oh I am well aware, 21 days will be fast last year they took 5 months.

The 21 days promise you need to read closely

we aspire to finalise cases within 21 working days.

It is not a promise it just a wishy washy line to make you feel good, if it takes longer sucks to be you.
