Personally think TakeAlot kicks all of their asses. Nothing like ordering on a Friday night @ 9PM and getting the order the next day lunch time.
 
Any "survey" without actually disclosing how this was measured and what the measured target audience was is pretty meaningless. (Just read somewhere else, that 2000 online shoppers were surveyed - so not really a big audience considering the ecommerce customer base in South Africa).

Takealot is brilliant on fulfilment, but their online search and browsing is piss poor.

I've found Kalahari is almost as food on fulfilment (they also often pack & ship late in to the night), but their search and browsing is far better.

These ratings echo my experiences.
 
I have had no issues with Kalahari.

My recent takealot purchase was great too. Delivery times are probably better
 
+1 on TAKEALOT. Strange that they scored so low. Got a delivery yesterday afternoon after ordering late the night before. I'm QUITE happy with them.

Their search sucks big ones, though.
 
I rate Loot with the best, pity they are not an option...

TakeaLot I think for me.

Most of the stuff is normally in stock, which is a big plus.
 
Surprised Woolworths isn't higher than third. Great shopping experience. Use them every couple of days
