Who knows anything about Satellite internet in RSA. I know it is available, but whom and what are the cost a.s.o.

Annemie @ Thatch 22, why are you so interested in Satellite internet ? It seems so expensive and mostly not very fast. When there is no Telkom copper line to your premises and you are very dissatisfied with the Wimax connection and service of Neotel, my first thought would be of course 3G/HSDPA from Cell C, 8ta , MTN or VC. When there is no good coverage in your area of anyone of these companies, it's worthwhile to think rather of investing in a 3G/HSPA Antenna than to install an expensive dish.
