my 512 account seems to be performing better today too... Speeds picked up from about 1:30am. Been pretty stable since.

I just have sign this month 384k. all I have been download Just 3gb+(I mean In 18 days Total 24893.49 Minutes. none stop PC didn't switch off.Download 4200.26mb Upload 14194.21mb.
Screamer Uncrab (Unbelievable Crab) Onley get 128kb/s - 206kb/s they lieing with opoen eyes. I think they will close very soon soon soon

My speeds haven't gone over 10kb/s since last night.
I just tried to call them and cancel, but I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes. Guess I'll send an e-mail.

hmmmm.... my 384 line tonight:
no luck with pingtest, just gives an error....

this is on a 4mb line... the local tests seem to be fine, can anyone tell me if the international ones are good for a 4mb line? also got a really crap ping test.

It was always the ping that dragged, and my primary reason for leaving. Gaming was a complete joke.

+1 hambone, I use my Afrihost account whenever I want to game, Screamer is useless in that respect...
Check today...
Can't wait to see Afrihosts uncapped offering next week! I know their network rocks!!! So uncapped from them should be super schweeet

I presume you couldn't run a ping test on the screamer account?
gaming was impossible for me yesterday... there were some serious lags when playing international and local...

Gooooooooodbye Screamer, I hanged on for far too long, but now I'm going back to Openweb. Seems like they have the same deal as MWeb!

Same, if I don't hear anything before the end of the month I will instruct my bank to bar the debit order.
Even though im not with Screamer anymore. I am just curious will Screamer be lowering there prices to compete with MWEB, OpenWeb and whomever else comes to the R219 Uncapped ADSL Party? you all would be fools to stay as the speeds and service for more R aint gonna keep anyone on Screamer. Heck, atm you cant download anything on Screamer, how much worse can it be on the other ISPs?

I am in the tech dept, so I don't have any of the details. Since nobody replied to my request can you maybe try downloading again and give me feedback. That would be really appreciated since I am trying on a borrowed line at the moment and the results I get looks fine.
