Im using OpenWeb which I see piggybacks off Chilli. I have only been using it for a day, but I get better browsing speed than with MWeb. R98 for uncapped is really decent, but if you torrent, don't use them

Openweb has various backbones and packages some which are decent for torrents, perhaps next time use the Openweb feedback page.
