At the moment 2 of those suppliers, Seacom and Neotel BOTH have cable issues which means that some of our clients are sharing whatever stable throughput we are getting which means that your speeds and latency will have deteriorated.
We have been given an ETA of this afternoon to have this fixed and will keep you posted.
Don't know about you guys but i was down the entire week end and its dreadfully slow. tried pinging yahoo. get 50 % loss. Don't bother phoning Screamer because they just cut you off
