Well, my connection died again on saturday. Phoned them, and now the call was set to higher technical escalation, or something like that.
Really now!!! need to get a solution urgently!!!
I have a further problem which developed over the last week: I can't connect with My Broadband off my Screamer connection.
Seems a bit of an extreme length to go to![]()
techie came out finally ............ couldn't achieve much, connected me to Dalview, still having issues !!!! line speed dropped to 210kpbs - says the best they can do, still having dropped connections , say they can't help me anymore - my choice to cancel...............................
Looks like something similar to me. I just want them to actually say to me "we can not help you" and give me a refund on my installation costs. Will probably go for the Vodacom special currently going on

Cancellation done – received a call from the installer saying that I’d purchased the equipment from him and not Screamer HO – no refund due to me cos of outright purchase, direct contradiction to agreement I signed with Screamer HO, which states refund on sliding scale will be applicable, also does not have the money to refund me, must hang tang till end June, that is if I am going to get any money from him, contacted Screamer HO who apologised and said they will work refund but, “ refund only payable after 40days.” What the ?????
Back to square one with crappy service !!!!!!!!! I truly regret ever signing up with Screamer !
The positive, when the connection was up, it was up, no issues – but when down ………… that’s when you have to start to dance !!!! so frustrating ……. That is when you require the service!
This non customer service attitude extends itself right to the top – the only reason I had to utilise their services was due to no broadband connectivity in the area that I live, instead of capitalising on this, these individuals are driving customers away …….. how sad!!!

I have also cancelled. Pm me and ill give you contact details for a new wifi solution. They ask same price but you get 2mb line and its synchronous. Upload and download speed is the same. Uncapped and unshaped. Contention ratio of 1:1. Best deal ive seen in years. And their service is top notch.
