Nope, no it's not.

Take what we know thus far:

- All ISP's have released a statement that Seacom won't bring down pricing
- We know 1st of November of each year Telkom bumps up pricing/release new services/makes changes to its bandwidth provisioning
- Seacom has now delayed launch for some arb reason after it boasted it was on time with everything, even sporting a week or two before testing commenced according to schedule.

ship to transit an area of increased pirate activity where other ships had been attacked or seized.

This doesn't make sense. Why would pirates now make a difference if everything has been deployed and testing and training are almost finished???
