Securelink Fibre Installations?

Greetings, lucky fibrarians.

I was wondering if anyone has had dealings with Securelink? http://www.slink.co.za/

A friend of mine had her FTTH for her complex done by them in JHB north and the residents seem to be encountering some teething problems like entire complex going down as well as speed issues. What is their reputation like? Is there a reliable rep. they may get in touch with or other method of feedback? Nobody seems to be answering any questions from their side.

They are ment to be the ISP at my complex. Been waiting 3 months of them to install FTTH in my flat. Flatmate and I call them weekly to find out what's happening and we are always told to wait and be patient.
