The South African consumer spirit is great. Well done to all for fighting for better service, special mention to Rodent. Got a call from Support, still no offical answer on the temporary workaround and cause, but they have a permanent fix going in tommorow. How the hell do you fix something when you didn't know what was wrong?

I'll believe it when I see it.

Would be interesting to see if they actually remember that they will have a answer by Friday for the users.

I also doubt it. Smoke and mirrors. They are wrong if they think this friday rubbish is going to quiten us including TheRoDent. Well, Im sure he will call the nice lady next week if things dont improve.
