Serve hosting website not accessible

hie i am a serve hosting client
i have been failing to access the serve hosting website since morning
any clue on whats happening
has the website been hacked or is it a ddos attack or is it maintenance
the web address is www.serv.co.za
their servers used to be with Ace-Host

I do know that they migrated some servers this weekend...
