Service Pack 3 internet issue

Hi folks

There have been plenty of threads created recently regarding the infamous Windows XP Service Pack 3 loss of internet connectivity issue.

I have just completed a comprehensive tutorial in the Hardware and Software FAQ which will show you how to resolve the problem. If you experience this issue, please follow the steps outlined in the above mentioned thread. If you still experience problems, feel free to start a new thread and we'll help you out. :)

Hey man that sure will be usefull as there is not much in a google search about it. And thanks to teraside for sorting my problem out.

I had that... and couldn't figure out what went wrong because I had only installed the previous day :eek:
So I formatted and put Ubuntu onto that machine :D

Funny that seems to be a solution for most problems I've encountered on Windows :D
