Don't even go in until you're at the point-of-no-going-back (not to be confused with the point of no return, which is unlikely to be a mutually satisfying experience although your confidence might be restored at least). Remember there is no 'performance' to be anxious about; what are you a circus monkey? A sports car? It's just two people enjoying one another's bodies.

You're over-thinking things. Use her naked body as stimulation - think of it as being like porn, except it's happening to you. Rub her boobs and lady bits while you shake it, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. She's naked, you're naked, and you need to get blood down there in order to continue. It's more embarrassing to avoid sex altogether because you're too shy to w@nk in front of her - then she knows that it's cos you can't get it up :D

This is true. Works wonders. The problem here is that when it happens, you will have this sort of anxiety every time until you get it right. The mind is a powerful thing, and can fukc things up for you. :mad: The thing is women don't seem to understand that getting a stiff prick is a lot more than just pressing a button. They will more than likely think that they don't turn you on, etc etc all sorts of bull**** like that.

Also stay away from medication containing any ester of ephedrine (weightloss drugs, even simple cold medication like Advil CS).

Whahaha all that herbal bull****....if it works, you're pretty susceptible to the placebo effect! ;) Go for the real thing. Half a tab of Kamagra, and you're set.

it helps. but you need to know the balance. I think you just think too much of it. I used to almost go through the same thing, but I found the deeper the connection/love is I felt for the girl, the easier it is to just throw caution into the wind and enjoy it for what it is, even if I'm "too fast" to my liking sometimes :D

Seriously starting to consider viagra just to get over the initial hurdle, after the deed is done the pscycolgical part might be a little less afterwards (I think), now I just need to find a way to get viagra before the weekend seeing thats she going to be spending the week...Killa where you at, hook me up:p

For a person with performance anxiety who has 'failed' more than once, I would NOT recommend booze. :eek:

Do it, you won't be sorry. Does wonders for your confidence. Half a tab (depending on the dosage, the ones I have is 100mg) is more than enough.
 
btw, even with Viagra, if he's not sexually aroused due to anxiety he won't be able to keep it up. People are very confused on how viagra actually works hey

Other than "booze" I'd rather play around without having to have full on sex. I think it's a comfort thing. If you stop worrying about "doing" her and just enjoy being somewhat sexual with her (hell, lots of fun you can have without taking your dick out hey, find her arousal points, tease her, make her the center of attention). The more comfortable you'll get. More comfortable, the better/longer you'd keep it up. Shouldn't be pressured.

That or she's just ugly *ducks*
