Sharing 3G connections over LAN

Hey guys

Ok so we have 4 pc's connected via LAN and 2 of these pc's are connected to the internet via 3G (MTN and e220 modems). What we want to is share the 2 internet connections to the whole LAN network so that all 4 pc's have internet connectivity. I know you can simply share the dial-up connections, but will this actually work?

Or is there any other way to get this working?
