the world gets crazier each day, I mean shooting at a pizza guy for fun as well?
so either the army guys had no weapons to do anything or they were too busy eaing KFC to do anything.

now if they had tried this stunt in America, especially Alabama or Texas, how many of them would now be corpses?
just goes to show you how terrorists and criminals can do whatever they like in SA, and the police and army wont move a muscle

Doesn't mean it's legal though, this should definitely be followed up. First check if the firearms are legal, actually.

Y'all really haven't attended a funeral in Phoenix. It is customary (under certain conditions) to discharge your entire clip into the freshly filled up grave.

same here, a shooting just outside their barracks, Id imagine their would be at the very least a response
in this case, probably just looked on while gouging themselves with food.

anywhere else in the world, firing guns just outside a military base, is asking for trouble.

Impossible, since the firearm's serial number need to be captured on the actual card, and changed on the backend by the CFR. There's a reason firearm owners are so adamant to have the FCA scrapped - it's an absolute mess.

so how is it at every CIT heist one finds fully auto ak-47's used,
hell some even rented out by others.

firearm control is a joke here, criminals just get guns and shoot them wherever they please,
outside a police station, army base, shopping mall, wherever we want...

so good example here, not really bothered there is a army base,
or blocking traffic, or anything, just going nuts and showing how we own these streets.

soldiers/police too afraid (or incapable) to do something.

A guard at the gate of a military base will typically have two or three rounds in their magazine, unless they're in a high risk area. Plus they can't leave their post.

Other personnel would have to go and sign out arms from the weapons store. Which is quite time consuming.

Don't comment on stuff you know nothing about.

Firearm control is by far one of the best in the world.

The problem is not the control of firearms, it's the lack of policing that is causing the problem with firearms. Out Firearm register and what is required to obtain a firearm is one of the best, if not the best in the world.

and a radio, and somebody guarding the base? you telling me nobody cares? I can just do whatever i like without anybody saying anything?

I mean is it still a (active) military base? or a petting zoo?

id imagine there are people on patrol with guns, and guarding for somebody to try something,
anywhere else in the world you'd need to be nuts to shoot guns in the air without incurring some sort of response

here is SA, they just go back to KFC, gouging themselves to death?
