So Neotel called me last week and wanted to make an appointment for them to come and show me their new range of Business Internet products. I was reluctant, but what do I have to lose. So I said sure. They made an appointment for today, Thursday at 11 am.

Should I be surprised that the guy has not shown up or called me to let me know he is not coming?

bwahaha...I don't think you should be surprised...it is Neohell after all. So glad I canceled my account with them!

Are you sure it was not a friend of yours, making an ethereal appointment on behalf of the phony Neotel, and rolling on the floor after you took the bait? :)

The guy will probably arrive at 15:00, that's Neotel for you.

So, did he came? Or he meant "coming next day week on a overcast day"? :)

Update please...

I just dont know why Neotel even bothers... with anything.
Their products, service, infrastructure, ideas etc. is all k@k anyway :(

pretty standard for them. All talk and no follow through.

Thought their business side was better than the consumer side, expected better. Well, that's Neotel for you.

I must say that we had a very good fibre install with them. We called them, they did a site survey and even though they had to pull the fibre about 500m to the premises it was all done within about two or three months. the main delay being getting permission from council to chop up the pavements.
