Show your Android Screenshots!

Thanks. It took some customisation in Zooper Widget Pro to get things lined up correctly, remove the spelling errors from the theme, correct the shortcuts to direct to the correct apps, and then I simply added a few more things like favourite apps, google search, quotes of the day, and that was that. And yes, absolutely everything I need is now on the home screen, even shortcuts to specific settings so I rarely need to go there either, and it's done without it looking overly cluttered.

I'm keen to try a few other wallpapers some time but that will require some Photoshop skills to get the blur effects correct...

Can't get away from icons. Reminiscent from my days with Apple :p

Very nice. Out of interest, how do you get the phone border on your pics?

I do, but I have no idea how to really use it. Closest I got was Photoshop Touch on my tablet. I'm awful at that sort of thing. I still use MS Paint...:D

Download the psd's files, extract and click the file. It will open in Photoshop. Drag and drop your screenshot where you want it and resize and save as png...

Thanks for that. Even resizing pisses me off. When I need to post a pic that requires resizing I just do so from Tapatalk and let it do the auto-resizing for me. It's such a schlep to save a pic, open it in a program, resize, upload somewhere, and then post it...

The re-sizing I was talking about was to get the screenshot taken from your phone to fit the S4 frame in Photoshop. The screenshot png is a lot bigger than the space allocated in the template.

After you drag your screenshot onto the template you will see it has a white line border and a large X through the middle. By putting your mouse on these lines, clicking and moving you can make your screenshot bigger or smaller, to fit the template.

Ag, I appreciate the advice, but it involves using it far more than I'm inclined to. I'll stick with ordinary screenshots for now...:D

Ja, it is a bit of a schlep. On iOS I used an app called 'Screenshot-frame maker' which used to do all the framing etc right there on the phone.

Wonder if there's an equivalent for Android?

Oh, that... I'm sure that there is something that allows you to do that.

EDIT: There is (as well as this), but it seems that the Note 2 is not one of the devices...

It's actually doable using your Wallpaper Maker app...

Here's a bit of a rough first attempt but it seems a pretty easy to use app...
