My moms old tv (Hisense) cannot get Showmax 2.0 any more. Can anybody confirm if Xaiomi Mi Stick works with Showmax 2.0?

Should be, can't see why it wouldn't if you're referring to the new 2nd gen Xiaomi Mi Stick.

Yes, just search Showmax and install - app icon does not have the X logo on, but it is there when you open app. Just installed it to test. Nice orange an pink.
