all the Best Dolby. it sounds like you have all the evidence on your side except on the fabricated(with a false witness) story. so just stay cool and present your supporting evidence.

No names or company mentioned :) though some may know, just keep it quiet. Anyhow - haven't dragged anyone's name through the mud or done anything wrong. I have a right to protect myself with advice from where ever I can get it, and lots of people have offered assistance.

But if they have, I'm sure they can see the the feeling of the IT users themselves. One of the other guys I've been taking advice from is an executive at a large group and he said he wouldn't like his company to do business with a company having unethical management. Pending the results, he won't be doing business with us assuming there is an alternative.

Also never expected almost 9,000 views and thought it'd fade away tbh!

It would be hard to definitively prove it is the same case for sure.

... and if we think back to how this started, almost unthinkable how it ended up like this.

Not them

Company or GM or myself aren't mentioned.

Just heard she's off sick!

Does this mean the hearing or whatever it is, is not going to happen today?

If not, I think you should push to have it rescheduled as soon as possible. Tomorrow if possible. Find out when she is going to be back, and have it on the first day she is back.

First, you will feel more relieved when it is over, whatever the outcome. Second, it might be that she was hoping to stay away from work and make the problem she created go away. You have to make her realize this is not going to go away and she has to go through with it. She has to prove her accusations or stop treating you badly.

The flipside of the coin is that she is well aware of what will happen if she shows up there without solid evidence. It would look very, very badly on her, and may constitute harrassment.

Do not accept if she offers to drop the matter. Tell her that she has besmirched your reputation in the eyes of your colleagues and you look forward to the opportunity to have everything in the open so that all sides can be heard.

In her defense, I know she was sick yesterday too.

The meeting is still scheduled this afternoon, so I'm going to leave it and pitch up because I've received nothing official saying it is cancelled. She may pop in for that hour and leave? Though, if she doesn't and lawyer arrives - he may be annoyed he drove all this way ... I'll let her cancel if she needs, as she is the organiser.

I won't let it slide or let her drop it for sure!

Get her reprimanded for not attending a meeting LOL

Ok, cancelled/postponed.

I'll have more information tomorrow

Lol!

I'm actually not happy to hear that. I would rather you had the session and had the opportunity to fight it out.

Hope it turns out well.

They pay for and nominate the lawyer. He's the neutral party ... paid for ... and nominated ... by the company :)
