I just used the apk that was on the Netflix site
 
Has the software update been released? It's now mid September but still no confirmation on the update. My box works perfectly since I received it.

Highlights:
4K has been perfect
YouTube, Showmax, DSTV Now all work perfectly
For audio I am using a Bluetooth receiver to my amplifier - sound quality ok but not perfect

1. Casting Netflix from any phone, the 3 dots appear and then the error message on the phone after a few seconds.
2. Using Netflix via an apk - Netflix just gets stuck or I cannot navigate properly (even using other remotes)
3. My HDD cant connect but a 32 GB flash disk requires formatting

I've decided to keep the box regardless of the issues to use as a spare.
 
My DSTV Now app says 503 service unavailable....anybody else got this problem

There's a version linked on the litbox forum which some say may contain Malware

I bought mine on Sunday and worked perfectly, this morning g the remote wouldn't connect to the TV box, even the Android TV remote app on my phone can't connect. What can I do to fix this?

a thing to do is double check is if your phone and the box is on the same WiFi Network, all I did was select my box from the remote app and input the sync code shown on the screen.

Hi

If you have a USB keyboard or a mouse, unpairing the Remote will cause the box to go into pairing mode. Your phone can also connect via Bluetooth, so try enabling that on your phone. Drop us an email at [email protected] if you don't come right.
 
Does the hacked version of Netflix work? The link was shared over on the Litbox thread...too lazy to search for it now.. :-p
