So what was your increase like?

We only find out around July or August.. but then they backdate it to April... so it's like a mini bonus.

Well, if I look at my last couple of years it does not look good, I'll only find out on the 25th of this month whether or not I'll get an increase.
March 2012 = 8%
March 2013 = 8,147%
March 2014 = 2,74%
March 2015 = ???
Also times are tough, even for the company I work for and although I hope (because of inflation and rising living cost), I highly doubt it.

75-80 % of a 13th cheque as a Christmas bonus.
6 % increase in Jan.

Better than some. :)

You can share your % or much like @Ninja'd did last year how much will actually add to your nett.

[-]The hell did I do?[/-]

Nevermind, I remember. Haven't received my letter yet. But I wanna add that there was an error on mine last year and they did fix it down the line. Even received the difference of those months that passed as a mid-year bonus :D

Was about to remind you
Glad it got sorted eventually. Any explanation how it passed HR?

Will hear by the end of the month. Got 15% last year so not getting my hopes up.

I'm hoping for 10-15%, but got a 15% increase in Jan due to complaining about career progression - so I can understand if I get a lower increase.

-30%

Didn't get the yearly increase.
Didn't get the promised raise.
Didn't get the medical payments taken over as promised either.
