So what was your increase like?

Infact if we take inflation into account, im actually getting less than I was last year.

Times are tough though.
 
I sold my old Merc and got a sensible Jazz with last years 13th cheque that I gave myself. Man what a relief it is to have aircon.
 
7.45% which is slightly less than what I hoped for (but I'm still very happy) whilst the performance bonus (14th cheque) made me VERy happy!
 
Took a wage slice due to the current oil price. Oh well at least I still have a job unlike a few mates I know.

Agreed, 2 Salary reductions already - it started with the Medical Aid Increase January and now followed by the tax increase.

I am already worse off than I was a year ago, it simply does not pay to work.
 
I changed jobs, i take home an extra 10K after tax now. So I'm happy so far.
 
Got promoted so nice increase about 20%
