So, we must choose between your opinion and that of Magda? LOL.
Pray tell, how is she losing all credibility?
Unless you were calling Magda pathetic?
Fark. I actually gave Mephisto rep for that comment. Stupid me.
Impossible, a juggernaut does not simply change direction because a new captain is at the helm.
I get irritated at people jumping on the main steam media bandwagon. Everyone is so happy Zuma stepped down and the new president sounds so much better. Fools! Zim is still run by Zanu-PF and the criminal that ruined the country came off scot free, just like Zuma will come of scot free - and the wreckage he left in his wake will just be forgotten.
Why am I surrounded my lemmings?
I assume you meant "by lemmings".
And call me a fool again and you will regret it.
We are not Zim. Zuma did not "step down" - he was forced down. The wreckage in his wake is exactly what Cyrils steep hill is. Vatch aa wake up call.
Hey wena! :wtf::crylaugh:
Who is the deputy president of South Africa? 2 Marks.
This is what everyone doesn’t understand. Let’s just give Cyril a chance and see what he does this year. For the first time SA has some form of hope. Let’s just enjoy it while it lasts if you naysayers are to be correct.
What i have known and have been saying all along, some people will just never be happy, some people are just plain incapable of being objective and giving credit where it's due, just like ANC people who do not want to accept that Mashaba is doing a good job in Joburg, our guys here just lose their minds at the mere mention of ANC and are totally incapable of any objectivity when they are in this state. These type of people are what is wrong with South Africa.
Give him a chance. I agree. But don't tell people they shouldn't express themselves or they are so negative. This country has been raped. Not everyone find it easy to believe blindly. I'm glad if you found hope, hopefully it is not shattered soon. If all goes well, I will admit I was wrong. But for now I won't get my hopes up. It is stil the same ANC.
I hear you. But also let's give room for people to express themselves and their frustration. Yes name calling isn't helping anyone. No one said you had to believe him / them blindly that they would do the right thing for once. You don’t buy it and that’s OK. But to go around calling people delusional and “CR dickriders” is not helping anyone (not saying you did personally) but it’s where this thread is going.
I agree that we shouldn’t blindly trust the new administration; but ffs don’t shoot people down for having a little hope for the place they call home.
There is also the other side. You might find it difficult to accept not everyone move on so quickly as you do, and now you blame them for what's wrong with South Africa. How ironic.
I hear you. But also let's give room for people to express themselves and their frustration. Yes name calling isn't helping anyone.
Except that my comment is not informed only by this thread but by many others and I have been singing about the negativity on this forum before it became fashionable, myself and a little band of merrymakers have been quietly celebrating the efforts of our hard-working civil servants and the politicians who were trying their best to fight the Zuma and the Gupta takeover, and what was the negative gang saying? "Nothing is being done", " show me a politician who was arrested for corruption", a good person comes with evidence and they shift the goal posts, it's almost like fighting with foreigners in your own country who are hellbent on undermining and frustrating your efforts in making this country better, and yes i repeat, Zuma, Guptas and the ANC aren't the only problem here.
