My stats might have to call support too think something odd is going on never been like this the last 3months i have been with them

Try changing channel width (under wireless) to Auto 20/40MHz

I have also been having issues. Could not even stream youtube.
Last night seemed better though so I hope they have sorted it out.

So now we play the waiting game...

Guys I keep losing connection to my router / dish (from all devices):

Is this a problem with cabling you think? It happens about every 5mins and takes forever to pick up again. But when it's online the internet is fine...Super annoying

could be a cable issue or it could be a hardware issue on the CPE itself.

Well the ap o am supposed to connect to has magically disappeared. ..... this is now getting ridiculous! Tried calling support....no answer as yet.

Also no answer on support..something is seriously wrong since they introduced new business packages everything seems stuffed up..my connection keeps getting high pings for NO REASON and this is the the tower itself nevermind internet CCQ and signal is great...

The IP that is being pinged is the sector i am connecting to.

Edit: Support got back to me after my 2nd mail they changed the frequency on the AP and that seemed to sort everything out for now.

Your airmax quality seems out of whack no wonder you have massive issues you should email support with that screencap since that should be over 80% quality for you to get decent speeds so they should change the frequency on your tower that should help

Thanks willsotaku. Can it be signal related? I'm guessing no since the looks good am I right?

From what i can see your signal is very good and aligned properly else you would have had a bigger difference between the two signals but there is defiantly some interference for you to have such Airmax quality this can be on the access points side as well so have support look into that for you and defiantly provide them that screenshot along with your speedtest but as soon as they get your Airmax quality over 80% you should be golden please let me know how it goes!

Guys, the team at Sonic seem to be having difficulty configuring my static routes for Unotelly. They've installed Cambium equipment and I've hooked up my Netgear router but little joy so far. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

the last time I tried unotelly I changed the DNS on my NIC, not my gateway.
