That triangle will always appear in any window where you want to type...
It divides the writing area into three parts -
above the triangle, write numbers
below it, write letters
at the level of the triangle, writing here will produce capitals
so if you write "s" below the triangle, it comes out as "s", above it, "s" will come out as "5"
Swiss manager comes with setup options available on install if I remember, however if you think about it , it makes sense to have it running in the background .
Click on SM in the control panel, now click on the arrow at the top of the screen, it pulls down some options including "Settings"--> suggest check " cleanup on closing flip" and "cleanup when idle"
