Yep, via PC Companion.

The Lollipop rocks, only time will tell about the battery life though. At least this isn't samsung so there should be fewer problems.

yup yup, opened up the pc companion, tried to check for an update there, and no luck just yet. also on MTN.

Do any of you guys enter the Xperia Lounge competitions? I find the way they manage Sony / Xperia Lounge accounts is so convoluted, I'm not sure they even have my email address if I should win anything! I tried checking but never really got very far :erm:

Also not seeing Lollipop update (MTN). Going to install the PC Companion and see if that has anything on it.

Wonder if it relies on any of the other Sony apps being active as I disabled some of the bloatware.

I got my Z2 lollipop update on PC Companion for my Z2 with Cell C yesterday, my wife with her Z3 and vodacom is still waiting. Weird.

Saying that, Lollipop certainly looks the business. Very slick and pretty, and the app notifications is pretty cool.

Mine keeps popping out.
Kind of makes me long back to my s2 and s4. Not ip rated but what's the use of ip rating if it does not close properly.

I'm thinking a can of compressed air to blow out the dust or a clean brush should do the trick. Took a few tries brushing it out last time to get it clean, *sigh*.

I think you can download and install the firmware using flashtool. Did this with 4.4.4, it had MTN, Vodacom firmwares listed.

I advise caution with the flashtool settings.

Haven't tried since I'm waiting for root

Anyone know where to get the magnetic charging dock/cable locally for a reasonable price? Anyone have spare ? Would love to stop the flap open charging it is making me crazy. Please help

still no update for me how are the other Z2 owners fairing in terms of getting the lollipop update. I am seriously starting to consider nuking the current install and doing the update manually (already have the stock tft for the baltic region courtesy of XDA), but the laziness is not assisting this process.

I would also like to know that. Ebay was an option when the non post office still worked. Also gatvol for the flap routine. Strongly considering moving back to my sammy s4.
