Don't think it's included in the cell c deal, see it's included in the MTN one. Will see once it gets here.

The Z2 was going to be my preferred upgrade path this year from my S3 but I'm rather disappointed by the lack of IR.

My daughter (2 years old) can't leave the remotes alone hence I keep having to hide them so a phone with IR (and remote control app) would be very useful.

Are those Sony entertainment services available to South Africans? (the Experia bloatware)

Then you're pretty much stuck with getting a Galaxy ES5, One EM8 or LG EG3

Not bad for a glass-covered phone.

Still the bottom line is the same as for any smartphone: Don't drop it. Ever.

Well just logged in, downloading all my google play store apps now. Thing is sleek, fast and must say sound quality over calls are miles better than my old S3. Will play around tonight and see what it's like. Impressed thus far, only issue is my complete incompetence in applying the damn screen protector without screwing it up.

LOL

I thought I got my screen protector 100%, then the screen went off and I noticed a single dot of dust smack bang in the middle of it making a nice big bubble.

I took that out now have various smaller bubbles.

Applying a screen protector IS screwing it up. It's like buying an expensive painting and then putting a stained-glass window in front of it.

Nice! Also upgrading from S3, so really looking forward to it. How is the camera quality in comparison? And speaker volume? Unfortunately MTN has now responded with, "We didn't actually have stock but we expect sometime next week." when I followed up earlier. :/

The speaker sounds way better, and the camera looks solid as well. Difficult to compare seeing as I dropped my S3, so it's pretty much broken. 6 free movies and free michael jackson album if you like the guy.
