Well there's no evidence in the trailer that the person speaking is Luke. Luke is the one whose hand reached out to touch R2-D2, and he was dressed in a brown robe - brown being the colour of light side Jedi.

"I will finish what you started" is Kylo Ren... The cross-guard light saber guy. Not Luke and no evidence he's Luke's son either.

I hope there's a real motivation for Kylo Ren to finish what Vader started otherwise the plot becomes really hackneyed.
