Nope legal language has to be very precise. That is why you can draw inferences from it.It's just the kind of language used by lawyers, not necessarily to say Zuma is the one giving them ideas on what to do next.

It is how I perceive their approach. Zuma can only escape conviction in a system which is worse than he is.
I think Zondo should do three things:
My understanding of the commission's terms of reference suggests he is certainly within his rights to give effect to 1 and 2 immediately.
- Hold Zuma in contempt, and slap him with an arrest warrant or massive fine (former would be better).
- Approach the Constitutional Court on a VERY urgent basis for a ruling on the recusal to short circuit Zuma's Stalingrad tactics.
- Lay his own complaint with the JSC against Zuma's lawyer. Who, in my humble opinion, is a Dick for Hire.
As for the JSC, it hasn't held Hlophe to account yet, so to my mind that might not be a useful tactic but probably worth doing anyway.
Your 3. won't work. Only judges account to the JSC, lawyers account to their respective bars and don't see how you can hold them to account for doing " what their client instructs" them to do. The short circuit idea is best. Zuma's has a history of drawing everything out for as long as possible to escape accountability. Zondo has to be able to use that history in his approach to the ConCourt. I suspect he'll not do so.I think Zondo should do three things:

Zuma is so compromised that he even forgot to play the law abiding citizen game, he is letting Sikhakhane lead the way and in the process he doesn't remember that he still has politics to take care of.Snollygoster Zupta has learnt that this "inquiry" is toothless.
