INTEGRITY??? It's not integrity buddy... it's making lemonade out of lemons! I believe the consumer is right, and any company (including Neotel, who I have not had any problems with and hopefully won't) that is placing it's customers at a disadvantage must be dealt with in whatever way possible.
I work in the service industry servicing the UK client market, a much more discerning and questioning market than SA. Also, the UK market knows what their rights are and fights to have them enforced, even if that fight includes taking "alternative" measures.
I was unhappy with Vodacom and after much arguing and fighting, I got out of a two year contract and I got a refund of my last three months bills. So my integrity is intact because I know I will make sure whichever company I deal with provides me with the service I pay for.
As for Neotel, I will continue praising them until I have problems. If I have said problems, I will follow whatever course I need to to resolve these problems. It's called being an informed and prudent consumer... something you guys clearly know nothing about, judging by the lack of research I see in your posts!
