Streaming RWC games - Issues/Problems/Solutions

Tried the ITVx thing. Extremely unreliable with frozen images or sometimes only audio. Not bothering with SABC+ (don't have license as I actually have no aerials of dishes on my property) and have a fear that if I create an account they then have the ability (and right) to charge me as I have to give a mobile number. Also want to watch other games besides South Africa

DSTV has taken money from me for the first time in 20 years and they will get it for two months. Sometimes it's just better to pay. Created an account, signed into apple TV, linked and working . Let's hope it stays reliable
Just to confirm here. You don't actually have dish or anything. Just signed up, paid, got app, and you are streaming?

I'm scared of paying, and then it ends up that my account has to activated via a dish/decoder or something.

Anybody got any ideas on how I can keep the display/picture quality consistant? Every game I watched would have a clear to slight "fuzzy" to clear again and repeat for the whole duration of the game. Im not a Techie at all, so please use small words.
Yes I got the same on SABC and ITVX, now with the iptv is good quality.

Just installed the RugbyPass App on my Shield and LIT box, watching the highlights, stream quality is very good, with and without a VPN.

Similar experience using the RugbyPass addon on Kodi.

Looks my VPN is the problem. Did a speed test without vpn on - Upload/download varies between 210-215MB upload and 216-222MB download while ping was at 47ms.
Then turned on vpn and tested various locations - Greece/Turkey/Cyprus/Israel/Iceland/Vietnam/Poland - speed drops to average 37MB upload and 41MB download while ping goes up between 226-443 ms!! Can't believe the drop in performance! Best location was Latvia with 55MB up and 58MB down with ping of 207ms.

VPN's knock your speed more than a little typically ... :(

Windscribe
Im using Nord VPN with RugbyPass and the exit node is Greece and havent had issues this pass weekend.

Alot of VPN's are being kicked off because thier IP's are being tracked. Nord so far has been excellent. Windscribe and Express VPN got detected.

It seems the moment RugbyPass TV detects that you are outside of those areas they block you.
Username and password constantly incorrect and no password reset emails even after numerous attempts.
