Stupid stupid flu virus!

Nope, saw a F-Pace with Maxxis plate in Centurion last week. Thought there may be a connection.
Wouldn’t mind the F-Pace though. Funny enough I am in Centurion.

Maxxis is a tyre company so it could very well be the MD or something.

Naturally, doctor advise is best not internet forum "experts", but still, don't be afraid to challenge the need for antibiotics. Usually when I have questioned my doctor on it the answer has been something like "fine, but if your condition worsens I am prescribing them". Sometimes though there is a legitimate need to use them and if your doctor insists on it, you listen.

Best way to get probiotics is to eat soil.

Not that I can convince you of anything, but my track personal experience kinda differs from yours...

Haven't had Corona, and haven't had the flu in 4 years... Last time I saw a doctor, it was a dentist...

Your nutrient intake overlaps too much.

Let's take your stack...

1 x Berocca, (same as multi)

1 x Vitamin C fizzy, (same as multi)

1 x Zinc, (same as multi)

1 x multivitamin (you should be eating your vitamins for the most part, not drinking them)

and then my Rx meds. (wrecking your gut health)

Then 2x a week Vitamin D. (get 20 min of uvb sun a day... and eat healthy)

I also take an anti-inflammatory once a week for just-in-case. (Inflammation should be handled with diet, exercise and water, not a random disprin)

At this point, you really need to rebalance your intake, and understand why you are taking so much of one thing, and so little of another (omegas come to mind)

Maybe sit down with a nutritionist, instead of taking fizzles at R80 a tube.

And drink more water, if you can, 2l a day is normal...

Actually 2l a day isn't normal, you drink when you need to. The whole 8 glasses a day thing is a myth, you also get water from foods you eat, hell even coffee

Probably not doing yourself any favours popping antibiotics and anti-inflammatories.

My doctor would have to articulate the need. If he can't explain why a medication is being prescribed then he probably doesn't have a good reason.

Why are using antibiotics when you have the flu? You do know what antibiotics are used for, right?
It is an "in-case" prescription, very often prescribed in govt facilities. "in case" you develop bacterial pneumonia.

I await the doctors on the forum to give us their opinion.
The same BS happened with Covid 19 - many public facilities prescribed whatever antibiotic they had available "in case" you developed pneumonia, on the assumption that ALL pneumonia is caused by a bacterial infection.

Perhaps his movement should be restricted and his employment terminated. There are a number of posts here where he encourages just that. Goose, gander thing still acceptable?
I really don't think that goes far enough. People who get influenza should be rounded up and kept in camps indefinitely. For my protection.

but I do think antivaxxers should be rounded up an jabbed by force

your comments about it all makes so much more sense now.

ive always suspectd others of the same sentiment share a similar outlook on things.

do you suffer from anxiety at all?
