Super Rugby 2017

Anyone else notice that the SA stadiums aren't painting he various branding on the pitch but instead a video overlay is used?

Were the Cheetahs very bad or were the Sunwolves much better than expected? I really though the Cheetahs would put up a massive score.

Well, Cheetahs got one try thanks to Rasta standing between the carrier and tackler. He called play on, lol! Wonder whether this will be brought up in the media.

Sunwolves played better, Cripps didn't kick every ball away and neither did they give a chance to Jumpei Ogura which is a better player than Cripps. Cheetahs also played with less depth, so that translated into this game. I don't know when the Sunwolves will be strength, but it too late now. All that they can hope to achieve is to play a lesser Bulls or Stormers team, and pull a victory.

Me too. But the cheetahs we're really bad. Not looking good for them this season, like every other super rugby season.

Sharks are slowly upping there play game by game. I'm liking the progress so far.

Wish Supersport would choose their best commentators for games that deserve them.

****ing hate that Andy Capostagno guy. Adds no value except for telling you which schools the players are from.

Sharks are looking hot this season. Got good depth too. Hope Lambie injury isn't serious. Compare how they playing at the start of this season compared to last year. Chalk and cheese.

They misfired badly in that 2nd half, Tahs can be thankful. They could easily have conceded 60 tonight..

Jaguars try dubious at best. Lions are going to need to work for the win if they want it.

How is Sanchez still on the park? Two ref blunders today. First the Elstadt incident and now this...

This game is reminding me exactly why I nearly stopped watching Super rugby last season. The Lions aren't helping themselves but the reffing has been absolutely pathetic...

Ref needs to get out the stadium alive. If he's to blow too hard on the Jaguars then he'll be skinned alive and sent north to be fed to the piranhas.

Lions are pathetic tonight. Terrible handling and defence. Also no discipline, way too many penalties.
