If Mr MacSherry don't own the Share Certificate why did Jeff asked Ralton to go & meet with Mr MacSherry to try and find a compromise in the interest of all parties?
If the Share Certificate don't belong to Mr MacSherry, but instead to ART SURTIE and as such, according to his last will, all of the money belongs to Aunty Karima, what is holding him back to just go to Absa and claim the money with his apparent POA from his client, Auntie Karima?
If the Share Certificate belongs to his client, Auntie Karima, why does he need anything from Mr MacSherry, since he claims Mr MacSherry don't own anything?
Jeff lives with the undisputed conviction in his mind that he is a intellectual on whatever field and everyone who disagree with him is a "****en idiot". He told me that, Ebrahim, Donnie, whoever don't dance to his music. He claims to be educated in forensic science as a forensic expert, yet he don't have any forensic evidence to proof his case. He is pleading with people close to Dewald to bail him out with forensic evidence in the case.
It's a waste of time, effort and resources to interact with Jeff Koorbanally. Engaging with him on the Surtie matter is giving him undeserve credibility. Ebrahim, gave him a wonderful opportunity, no one has given him before. A opportunity to present whatever he believes is factual evidence in the Surtie matter and of which he is convince of before a court of law. Why not wait for that wonderful opportunity to present his evidence, testimony in a court of law. Instead his running around, sending rubbish messages around all acting as a Judge in his own case and at the same time his despirate to get the people behind his claims.
