With everything after this, you're confusing the issue again.

There are ALSO the documents for the latest court case to get access to 2 accounts in ABSA bank. These documents are real, but there is no clarity as to how the contents of the bank accounts that were surrendered are tied to the PIC case. Hence, at this point, it is unclear whether whatever was in these bank accounts is only indirectly related to the PIC matter or whether it is part of the trillions.

That is why we all keep asking for evidence that the donors actually have legal claim to any money. As far as I can see, only those donors who had agreements with Mr Koorbanally (on behalf Mrs Surtie, NOT Mr Mcsherry of the most recent court case) have some kind of legal claims.

And it's been mentioned before that the point of this thread is to prove that the collecting of money to fund the legal costs is a scam. You seem to be intent on proving the court case to be a scam. Shouldn't there be a different thread for that?

Nope. Not sure if you can't read or don't want to. I never said the koombalaly case doesn't exist. I don't think he'll win, but there is a case. The scam (which you are clearly advocating) is that any Joe soap can receive a significant part of any potential payout by contribution to the legal costs.

And, as I've said on multiple occasions, I can't request/ haven't requested the docs as they don't exist.

Unless this is written in a form of English I’m not familiar with, I understand this to mean that you want proof that the court case is legit.

Certainly. But some of the ongoing excuses made for delays in payment and need for more donations tell the victims that the second case proves the claims of the first.
