Takealot payment issues

Hi, just want to know if it is only me having issues with the Masterpass payment method on Takealot? I have not been able to solve this issue for the last two weeks and Takealot support keep on pointing fingers.

I have ruled out everything on the bank side and I have no issues paying with Masterpass on EveryShop.

I have ruled out everything on the bank side and I have no issues paying with Masterpass on EveryShop.

I also had an issue where the money left my account, Takelot says payment denied so they cancelled the order after 24 hours. I had to wait I think something like 21 days before I got my money back. Takelot staff just refused to listen to the issue.
