TalkIP and Skywire? Anybody using them?

Our company thinking about changing our PABX in a few months time... we've been hearing about TalkIP with Skywire

anybody here using them in your company? How long? Howz the service been, and the call quality, network stability?
I've been asked what i think about them, but beyond what i see on the website, cant really tell them different to say Nashua.... Would appreciate any inputs, that i can pass on. Thanks in advance

Tell them to give you a 1 month free trial. Try them out. If it works, you can commit to a longer term contract.

doing a trial is quite an issue... i doubt they'd want to put up full pabx, 60phones each with new LAN connections just for a trial.
i guess without having the actual hardware installed not good way of knowing what the actual service will be like.

was just wondering if anybody here has been using them at their site, so we can get some idea of real world conditions

It doesn't have to be a full-blown trial, and can run alongside the existing system. You could put up 5 extensions, and whatever other equipment is necessary. Most providers keep equipment aside specifically for cases like this. Well most reputable suppliers who are confident in their products.
