Huawei E5573s-606
That is the mifi that Telkom sells and you get on facebook market place or gumtree for cheap. I got mine for R250. It supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi but NOT dual band so you need to select which frequency.
It Supports Telkom LTE band 1, Band 3 and Band 40 and allows you to select the bands by logging into the router.
As for a 4G+ mifi I'm not sure.
