TELKOM ADSL down

Anyone else in Randburg area having ADSL issues? Mine been down since 6pm yesterday. My phone line is OK. Telkom totally unresponsive. Their 1021 helpline just rings or is engaged. They don't respond on Twitter. Logged a fault via the mobile app but also no acknowledgement.

Randburg Problem

Seems to be an authentication problem - no one in Randburg seems to be able to reauthenticate ... so if you are working don't reboot your modem ... Telkom seem to be oblivious to the problem even though it is affecting two of my clients.
