Telkom Adsl issues mount edgecombe

Hi internet has been totally unusable during the evenings bet 7pm and 11pm over the past week, got pings of over 1000ms during that period.

I am on a 10 meg line and been with Telkom for over 3 years and have not experienced and issues like this. Logged a call 2 days ago but no updates. Anyone else experiencing this ?

Are you having problems today? I can't connect although my line is syncing

My line syncs at certain times, then drops, yesterday they closed my call without resolving the issue, so I called them ...., am highly pi$$d off now.
