I have sent another letter to Sharon (cc to Xolisa) to explain the effect of non-communication from Telkom. This time it will be up to them to contact us! This simply goes down as another example of poor communication with customers, something ICASA was particularly interested in. In fact, ICASA has experienced the exact same thing with Telkom, so they know exactly what we are experiencing. Needless to say that no feedback from them will result in more action against themI wonder if they ever contemplate why people are so negative towards them?
