Telkom Call Centre Closed?

Just tried to get trough to the call center and getting a message that they are closed...I thought they were open 24/7?

Same here, my prepaid line is dead since monday & nothing happens. Their response this morning was "we're working on your problem"

yes only weekdays and business hours , they are open , telkom direct stores is open on weekends though.

I have phoned the 0800...in the early evening before & they answered.

meh i used to call them the whole time between 3 and 4 in the morning it was the best time since it was normally instantly that i got helped oh well

Telkom no longer have after hours support, I have tried all the numbers in the past month or two.

Pathetic, as you only realize that your line is down when you get home from work... which for Telkom Employees is 15:30 but for the rest of us is much later.

Yes the number has moved but still no after hours support!
