Telkom cancel order due to system error,

Hi,
I logged a call with telkom to migrate from Adsl to LTE. When I enquire after after 7 days, they told me it was canceled due to system error? Can someone please respond my ref... 536897038a

This has happened to me, you have to find out why it was canceled. The usual cause is if you owe them money from a previous account that's long since been forgotten.
 
All my accounts with telkom paid up, Im migrating from ADSL to LTE,
Telkom is removing it copper cable.. my adsl router contract over 2 years,, think couple of months still left..
 
Unless you applied online ONLY you are in for very unpleasant experience :(

Doubt you can migrate between adsl and lte.
Have you done the application for lte account successfully?
The adsl and line rental needs to be canceled.
You'll get issued with a new account number too which is for your lte services.

You actually got Helkom to cancel something and stop billing you.

I phone Telkom, they have a special package to migrate from ADSL to LTE, Price stays the same, speed and data.
Telkom could not give me the reason description of the error..
