Telkom Capping 500GB Special Users?

Just a quick question, did anyone manage to download more than 200GB-300GB of their Telkom 500GB midnight special without being capped?

The past 8 days my LTE speeds are capped at 200kbps. I am not on Telkom LTE Uncapped (I have a 100GB+100GB contract), but bought the 500GB special. When reaching about 250GB (with download speeds of 2-3mbps) of the special it seems my speeds were limited.

Telkom could still not give me an answer, but one of their employees told me I may have been capped on their FUP. Is this even possible?
 
I can barely get 50kbps but streaming is fine at 1080p.

I also got billed R50 even though I paid cash online, but now I can't get a refund and their billing department has no idea how it happened so now it's my problem.

I'm not going to lie, mine was baddish for about 3/4 days I thought the same that they are throttling, well now I'm back to pulling 40gb a night (played catch up with all the downloads waiting while the network was acting up).
 
Well, so this morning at 12:05 I started downloading and there were definitely an improvement in my speeds. From 200kbps right up to 600kbps. From downloading about 500mb - 1gb per night, I managed to do 9GB.

My day speeds are now sitting at 600kbps. So, firstly, I am sure there may have been some throttling the past 3 weeks for me, but there still is something wrong on the LTE network too.
 
I'm back to normal speeds after being throttled for a few months. Can do a max of 47gb per night.
