Telkom Contract Router

Hey guys. I've recently switched over to telkom uncapped, over the phone. I've noticed that my line has already been downgraded and so forth. My question is related to the new router that I should be receiving. The lady over the phone talked about some kind of reference number? Anybody know what that is about? Anybody have an idea of what kind of router it might be?

If I am not mistaken the router is a D-Link 2750u Telkom branded router, the same one that they sell in the shops.

my nabour had new telkom deal installed, he got a dlink 2750u with it.

fail from telkom was, they did not add the account on the router for him, did not give him the wifi password, also told him the i.p was 192.168.1.1 , which it is not, so had to do router config over from the start
