Morning

This is LTE related.
Has the website changed. I used to click on my link, it showed usage.
Now it tells me website not found.

If I can recall it was called something "kya".

I did access it a couple of months.

Yes, that's why it says onnet. I would have sent you the other link if it was the other not the on network one, capish?

Hi

I tried it does not work as the old website. I'm registered to the website. But I cant get data usage, need to link account.
This were the problem starts.
I don't get any invoices. Account number is a problem? Sim number I have 081 xxx xxxx.

When i am on telkom and i click my link in chrome it opens and shows usage directly, no password required.

It will want password and stuff if using work wifi for example or using opera mini browser (due to how that works).

Bottom line is the problem is something your side, not my link.

Ok I'm using Win10 with Edge. Could be the problem?
I'm connected via Ethernet to modem. No Wifi. Did it from home PC.

Ok I clicked link via My Broadband browser. Under post number 3. I did not cut and past into browser?

If I click on link it opens Telkom Mobile Website. Adverts and Login option.

I will try Chrome to see if it works. I normally prefer one Browser.

I did Google search found same result as yours.

Ok Tried it again "http://onnet.telkom.co.za/" Cut and Paste works into browser.

Solved
