Telkom down yet again

I know my line is working cause i can see it synced at 8megs on the router aswell as the line sync light is on and stable. It just does not want too authenticate

That's to do with their LCT layer. We had the same issues

Its the top layer of their network usually DSLAM etc.

Call them and say there is a problem with the LCT layer thdn explain you can connect and sync but no authentication.

trying to explain to telkom that it wont authenticate is already like trying to explain advanced mathematics to a wall, never mind trying to tell them about the LCT. I have been phoning them for 2 weeks now and every time with out fail they say its not there problem but problem with my ISP even though i have explained to them that i have tried 3 different isp's accounts and 2 routers.

Think iam fooked :( this is one of those problems where i have a 50/50 chance of them fixing it

Download Speed: 874 kbps (109.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 536 kbps (67 KB/sec transfer rate)
Latency: 31 ms

It came up lastnight about 12 i just restarted my router to see if it would fix the speed issue now it wont authenticate again
 
Just the nice thing with a business account they have a little bit more clued up guys
