I recently cancelled my service with Vox because it was becoming too expensive.

Couldn't find anything really cheap but decided to go with Afrihost.

Vox indicated that the line was released. Vuma indicated that a forced circuit can switch our line.

Lots of back and forth for 2 weeks on WhatsApp with Afrihost 🫠
Today, Kamulelo says, Afrihost wasn’t sure who was the previous ISP and the issue lies with Vuma.

The consultant told me not to undermine his feedback. But I am confused what it has to do with anything.

Because Vox and Vuma has been better at communicating and actioned any requests we had. At this point, should we cancel Afrihost and just choose a cheaper line at Vox to save myself the blood pressure issues?

We are desperate for internet at home especially since we have no DSTV 😭🫠

We don’t even need a router. I just need line activation.

@Afrigirl @AfriGuy should be able to look into it for you :)

When I changed from Telkom ADSL to fibre I went with Afrihost and it took less than 2 weeks with installation the service was amazing and still is.

Hi.

Would you happen to have a Ticket ID or Order number so I can check out what the delay is?
