Telkom incompetence wrt line sync speed

Good luck with 10217... ask them to escalate your fault to MDAC for a port reset.
They did. As per my post earlier, he called and claimed a port reset was done. However the line has not disconnected at any point.

So yes, I'll continue to call but I was hoping someone on this forum could assist in some alternative way, or suggest an alternative other that everything else I've tried, so far.
 
OK, where are the days when MyBroadband could help with broadband issues?

Has nobody had to have their ADSL line port reset because it was at the wrong speed?
